1st number wali skills kisi khaas job k liye specific ya makhsoos hoti hen. Yani k State Life ki job k liye ye alag hongi. Aik engineer k liye ye alag hongi aur aik IT expert k liye alag hongi.
Jab k 2nd number wali skills aisi skills hen jo kisi khaas job k liye specific nhi hoti. Bal k ye kisi bhi qism ki job hasil karnay k zroori hoti hen. Aaiye dekhtay hen k ye skills kon kon c hen?
01: Communication Skill:
Doosray logon se achi tarah baat karnay ki aur un ki bat achi tarah sun'ny ki salahiat ko kisi bhi job k liye sab se ehm aur zroori samjha jata hai. Isko hum Effective Communication Skill kehtay hen. Is mein verbal aur written dono qism ki communication ati hai. Koi bhi employee jab kisi organization mein manager ki post par kam karta hai to ye zroori hota hai k us k under jo log kam kartay hen wo us ki bat achi tarah samjhein. Jab tak aisa nhi hoga to jo kam un logon ko diye jatay hen wo usay poora nhi kar payen gy. Jis ki waja se organization ki overall performance par asar pary ga. Definitely is sab loss ka zimedaar us manager ko thehraya jaye ga. Aur koi bhi company aisay logon ko hire nhi karti. Is liye agar apki communication skills kamzor hen to isko improve krein.
02: Team Work And Collboration:
Organizations k andar ziada tar projects par aik se ziada log kam kartay hen. Achi performance k liye tamam logon ka apas mein mil jul kar aik team ki tarah kam karna zroori hota hai. Is ko Team Work kehtay hen. Team work and collaboration ka matlab ye hai k ap kisi company mein group ki soorat mein as a team member kitna acha kam kar saktay hen aur baqi team member se baham (باہم) rabta rakh saktay hen. Team work se ye hota hai jo bhi project assign kia jata hai wo time to time complete ho jata hai.
Ye skill bhi seekhni lazmi hai.
03: Problem Solving:
Is technique ka matlab ye hota hai k jab bhi koi masla aata hai to usay hal karnay ki salahiyat honi chahye. Aksar logon ko jab bhi koi problem aati hai to wo sar pakar kar baith jatay hen. Unhein samajh nhi aata k is maslay ka kya solution hoga. Farz kia ap kisi company ki customer service mein job kar rahay hen aur koi customer ap k pas apni complaint submit karwata hai, to apko is qabil hona chahye k ap uski problem ka hal dhoond kar us ko satisfy kar sakein.
04: Self Management:
Self-Management aisi skill ko kehtay hen k tab bhi khud ba khud kaam karein jab hamein koi check karnay wala bhi na ho. Is ko Self-Management kehtay hen.
Kisi project ya task par kam kartay huwy apki khud ba khud ye koshish honi chahye k isko time pe complete karein. Aur agar koi aisa task jo ap k zimmay ni hai lekin wo pending para ho to apko chahye k usko complete karwanay mein apni help pesh karein.
05: Learning:
Ye skill kafi ehmiyat ki hamil hai. Iska matlab ye hai k waqt k sath sath apnay knowledge aur skills ko improve karna chahye.
Misaal k tor par agar koi employee hai jisko Windows XP chalani aati hai, ab k company ne apnay office k tamam computers par Windows 10 install kar di hai. Usay chahye k Windows 10 k baray mein jald se jald apnay knowledge ko improve karay taa k wo bharpoor tareekay se apni salahiaton (صلاحیتوں) ko istmal kar sakay.
06: Microsoft Office:
Ye skills wesy to technical skill mein shumaar hoti hai lekin is skill ka hona bhi takreeban har qism ki job k liye zaroori hai. Ye boht hi basic skill hai jis par har candidate ko maharat honi chahye.
Hum sab jantay hen aj kal har company or idaray ka system computer par shift ho chuka hai. Aur office k andar record rakhnay k liye ya doosray kamon k liye MS Excel ya MS Word ka use kia jata hai. Is k elawa aksar jaghon par slides bananay k liye MS Powerpoint ka use kia jata hai. In tamam softwares par grip honi chahye.
